Vsdv Logistix B.V., is a major Petroleum Tank Farm Storage Company located in the\nRotterdam, our company has acquired a fleet of partners to ensure that the increasing demand of\npetroleum and petrochemical products currently in the world is met. This has made us unique\nand hence we provide a one stop service company to all our clients and partners. We have offices\nand departments in 19 different countries world-wide, providing a consistent supply of petroleum\nand petrochemical products through our logistic department to our partners worldwide.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Our Terminals and Tank locations vary from small gathering sites and large corporation storage\nunits in Rotterdam respectively, to the largest terminals in the world. Our tanks range in size\nfrom 40 to 60 feet high, and 135 to 250 feet in diameter, holding anywhere from 59,000 to\n620,000 barrels of petroleum products. The size of the tank is determined by the design\nrequirements of pipeline and refinery customers.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Floating roofs on storage tanks are made with primary and secondary seals to contain vapors.\nThese seals are located near the surface of the oil and reduce emissions as well as risk of\nignition.<\/p>\n

\u2022 State-of-the-art systems ranging from radar that tracks tank levels to mixers are used to\nmaintain product integrity during breakout storage.<\/p>\n

\u2022 We operates 12 petroleum storage terminals with a total of 112 tanks in in Rotterdam ports.\nThe terminals are staffed by trained employees who live in nearby communities.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Our Tank Farm Facilities and terminals are strictly regulated and must comply with\ncomprehensive Transportation requirements that govern everything from design, maintenance,\nand size of tanks; to safety measures including containment; to regulations for air quality and\nanother environment permitting.<\/p>\n

Terminal facilities are secured and fenced, with\nlighting designed to provide security yet minimal disturbance to neighbors. And, as part of an\ninterstate transportation system, these terminals and the facilities located on them are regulated\nfor Pipeline Safety.

Pipeline safety inspectors monitor compliance with these rules. Vsdv Logistix B.V., is support\nthe efforts of safely and reliably delivering petroleum products to refineries, tankers vessels and\nour other clients to make into products we all rely on every day. All Vsdv Logistix B.V. is Tank\nFarm above-ground storage tanks are constructed using quality steel plate engineered to exacting\nfederal codes and national standards for the size, environment and product to be stored.<\/p>\n

Among other integrity testing, new tanks are filled with water and monitored for potential leaks\nduring hydrostatic testing prior to being placed into service. In addition, cathodic protection\nprovides corrosion control as normal operations are engaged. Tanks are also grounded to\nminimize static electricity build up during filling and refilling, and to redirect lightning strikes,\nshould any occur.<\/p>\n
